2. Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns made under our 30-day return policy, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Please do not send a return to the address listed on our website unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
3. How to Start a Return

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to help prevent damage during transportation.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.
If only part of an order is returned, only the eligible returned product(s) will be refunded.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

6. Exceptions to Returns
Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception applies under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legal remedy.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for returned products.
If you would like a different product, size, colour, or variant, you may be asked to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or Unapproved Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day voluntary return period may not qualify for our free-return policy.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
If a product is returned outside the applicable return period without a statutory right requiring us to accept the return, we may contact you regarding the available options.
10. International Returns
Customers outside the European Union may also use our 30-day return policy for eligible products.
Where we offer free returns internationally, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that cannot legally be recovered may be treated in accordance with applicable law.
